DOUBLE ROCK

Double Rock is located at the beginning of Goli Island, 100 m from Big Rock. The dive sites are very similar.

We anchor in front of the rock, on a small plateau between 5 – 8 m deep. The dive site is one of our highlights. We start the dive from the depth of 5 m following the anchor line. When crossing the plateau, we can dive down the wall. Follow the wall and hold it to your left shoulder. At about 40 m depth you will find a small rock with colourful sponges, large conger, squid and nudibranchs.

On the way back, always keep the wall to the left of your shoulder and you will find a canyon with a sandy bottom at about 15m depth. This lies between Goli Island and the face of the cliff. On Goli’s wall there is also a cave at about 10 m depth.
The safety stop can be carried out on the plateau near the anchor. The plateau is full of damselfish, nudibranchs, octopus and bream. In the anemone it is easy to find a harlequin shrimp or a spider crab.
